How much would it cost to have chair cushions made?

mid century furniture

We’re looking to have square chair cushions made to fit some old mid-century chair frames we picked up. The Cushions would be the same basic shape as these:

3″ or 4″ thick foam, probably with piping. We’re thinking of buying the foam and batting and finding a seamstress… any recommendations on the method or pricing would be extremely helpful.
